Water outlet restrictor allow you to control the amount of heat absorbed by the coolant. This kit comes with three, 2-1/8" O.D. plates that are mounted under the water outlet on the intake manifold. Each plate has a different hole size, 5/8", 3/4", and 1", for optimum coolant flow.
